Team CortisolX aims to transform stress management through a non-invasive, colour-changing method that measures cortisol levels in sweat and saliva. This technology uses chemicals that visually indicate stress levels by changing colour in the presence of cortisol. Targeted at students and educators, CortisolX provides a simple, affordable way to scientifically validate and manage stress. By allowing users to monitor their cortisol levels easily, it helps them understand stress triggers and take proactive mental health measures. Currently, in the prototype stage, CortisolX has shown effectiveness and received positive feedback in various showcases.
